AC RAS – Roof Access Door – Acrylic
- Ideal for turning a rooftop into a patio deck or any other application where egress is required while letting in an abundance of natural light.
- The RAS Roof Access Door is essential for any commercial or residential roof that may be difficult to access via an exterior ladder or if you want to utilize the roof top as a deck. Using high grade materials produced in North America these skylights are designed to withstand the harshest climates.
- The RAS provide ease of access with its 85° opening capability. Can be installed on a flat or sloped roof that best suits the needs of your application (glass requires min 2:12 pitch).
- Gas pistons and the ergonomically placed lifting bar make it smooth and effortless to open the door. Gas pistons hold the door securely when the door is open.
- Locking roof latch to provide security and secure seal.
- Curb supplied by others. RAS finished curb width cannot exceed 1.75” for proper installation.
*Note: the RAS skylight is not designed nor should it be used as a venting skylight. Please refer to our venting skylight product pages.

- Available in acrylic or polycarbonate dome.
- Acrylic dome suitable for flat or sloped roof applications. Glass requires min 2:12 pitch.
- Ideal solution to gain access to rooftop for services (i.e. HVAC) or outdoor living space.
- Acrylic roof access pyramids available for square dimensions only.
- Unique locking roof latch.
- For optimum thermal efficiency all roof access doors are made with aluminum thermally broken base frames. Internal heliarc welded one piece white aluminum frame.
- Brown standard exterior aluminum frame. Black, grey, white, sandalwood, or mill finish aluminum frame also available.
- 15 standard sizes in acrylic dome and 10 in glass. Custom sizes also available.
- Note: RAS finished curb width cannot exceed 1.75”.
