Recently, we have switched to an improved telescopic pole option for the Columbia Manual Venting Skylight. The hex ball system has been replaced with an easier-to-use hook attachment. The hook enables fast and effective operation, quickly attaching to the skylight’s opening mechanism, allowing quick opening or closing of the venting skylight.
The new poles still come in the same two length options, 4ft – 6ft and 6ft – 10ft.
The telescopic pole is sold separately, as the manual venting skylights come standard with a crank handle. The pole is designed for within-reach locations that can’t be accessed by hand.
